On the 8th of February, 2016, ten graduates attended the BI Solutions Graduate School. They were thought courses such as Career Planning, Emotional Intelligence, Workplace Communication and Employability. The graduates were impacted with several skills that will enable them succeed in the workplace. We are passionate about our Graduate School which was born out of a need to fill a gap we identified between fresh graduates and prospective employees. This gap over the years has affected the employability of our graduates and burdened employers with the training of new staff to understand the basic human capital needs of the organization. We bridge this gap between employers and fresh graduates through the training and the mentoring of these young graduates and prospective employees. In December 2015, BI Solutions thorough our BI Empowerment Graduate Scheme hosted ten graduates to a Christmas Party tagged ‘BI Solutions Christmas Networking Gig’. It was a day of fun, networking, great food, motivational talks and games. The graduates left the event feeling energised and motivated to face and conquer the new year ahead.
