The Company is currently looking to hire an Employee Experience/Corporate Communication Officer to manage the flow of communication (digitally) across the entire organization, and drive employee experience, business goals and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitors employee experience KPIs (satisfaction, engagement, productivity) as it relates to company culture, physical space and technology tools
• Drives leadership awareness, commitment and accountability for the employee experience and diversity and inclusion.
• Fosters positive employer-employee relationships through effective communication.

Key Requirements:
• Minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2) degree in any of Computer Science, HR, Communications, Public Relations or related discipline from a reputable organization.
• 2-3 years of cognate experience from similar industry or a well-structured organisation.

Job objective:Acquisition and management of network agent in the assigned location.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Agent acquisition and management·

A minimum of bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing or related fields is required.
