Unless the person doing the hiring has previously worked in the exact role he’s trying to fill, a fair amount of the job description is guesswork. Think about it: HR managers have to write a description that will simultaneously entice people to apply and ward off those who wouldn’t qualify for an interview. Nigerian Entrepreneur to receive N500million Grant

Grant Opportunities Over 1000 Nigerians will this year be beneficiaries of N500Million Naira Grant seed capital set aside for young Nigerian entrepreneurs and students. This was disclosed this week during the launch of the YES Grant Scheme by the Nigerian Young Professionals Forum (NYPF) in partnership with Heritage Bank, which took place at the Four Point Hotel in Lagos, Nigeria. The event, which was very well attended by dignitaries, including representatives from the Nigerian University Commission (NUC), National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), as well as captains of industries and top government functionaries as part of efforts to grow more indigenous entrepreneurs among young Nigerians and deliberately create over 50,000 jobs in the next 5 years of the program circle.   ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA The Entrepreneur YESGrant is a grant to your business and NOT A LOAN. On the 8th of February, 2016, ten graduates attended the BI Solutions Graduate School. They were thought courses such as Career Planning, Emotional Intelligence, Workplace Communication and Employability. The graduates were impacted with several skills that will enable them succeed in the workplace. We are passionate about our Graduate School which was born out of a need to fill a gap we identified between fresh graduates and prospective employees. This gap over the years has affected the employability of our graduates and burdened employers with the training of new staff to understand the basic human capital needs of the organization. We bridge this gap between employers and fresh graduates through the training and the mentoring of these young graduates and prospective employees.
