On the 8th of February, 2016, ten graduates attended the BI Solutions Graduate School. They were thought courses such as Career Planning, Emotional Intelligence, Workplace Communication and Employability. The graduates were impacted with several skills that will enable them succeed in the workplace. We are passionate about our Graduate School which was born out of a need to fill a gap we identified between fresh graduates and prospective employees. This gap over the years has affected the employability of our graduates and burdened employers with the training of new staff to understand the basic human capital needs of the organization. We bridge this gap between employers and fresh graduates through the training and the mentoring of these young graduates and prospective employees. BI Graduate School Modules: Employability Workshop Career Planning Workplace Communication Workplace Etiquette Customer Care Sales and Marketing Basic Financial Management Presentation Skills Microsoft Office Suite We look forward to the next batch of graduates. Stay tuned on how to win a sponsored slot to attend one of the courses at the BI Solutions Graduate School. Share on: WhatsApp Post Views: 9
